# 200!!!!!! Clermont Sprint Triathlon in September.

Well, the day finally arrived and I completed my 200th triathlon on September 9, 2023, out in Clermont, Florida.

The last race in the Summer Sprint Series, I managed a 2nd place out of five in 70-74 age group; 137th out of 249 overall. Low 70s at the start, light breezes, and great course made for the perfect day. Several times during the race, I remembered with a thrill that it was #200 and then got back to business. I would have won the Series as I had the most points but because of the 2nd race rain, Fred decided not to do a Championship.

Sommer Sports gave me #200 and also presented me with a beautiful plaque to commemorate my achievement. After getting off the stage, many people came up to congratulate me on my achievement. On to 300 triathlons!
